SkyWater Search Partners has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as a Top Executive Recruiting Firm in its 2020 ranking of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms. Compiled by analytics firm [Statista](https://www.statista.com/), this year’s Forbes rankings were based on a survey of more than 18,000 participants. While thousands of firms across the country were considered for inclusion, SkyWater Search Partners was one of only 200 firms that made the list, including only 3 in Minnesota.

> *“We are honored & humbled to be named an industry leader by Forbes Magazine. Being thought of so highly in the Minnesota HR and business community is a testament to the way that each and every one of our recruiters conducts themselves when performing a search, their professionalism in dealing with clients, and continually doing things the right way.”*

> - Adam Hoffarber, Partner

To be nominated & ranked, over 3,000 local HR professionals and business leaders were polled and asked who they would recommend in the executive search business based on their standing & reputation in the market. SkyWater has landed on the Forbes’ list every year since its inception.
