We are thrilled to recognize **Tina Nesburg** as our **Employee of the Quarter**! Tina consistently goes above and beyond in her role, bringing positivity, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to her team. She leads by example and embodies the values that make our workplace strong and supportive.

As part of this recognition, Tina was given the opportunity to select a nonprofit organization to receive a company-sponsored donation in her honor. Tina chose [The Arc Minnesota](https://arcminnesota.org/), a choice that reflects her deep compassion and dedication to supporting people of all abilities.

## About The Arc Minnesota

[The Arc Minnesota](https://arcminnesota.org/)is a statewide nonprofit organization that promotes and protects the human rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Their mission is to **create a world where people with disabilities are valued, included, and able to pursue their dreams**.

The organization provides a wide range of support to people with IDD and the people who love and care for them, including:

- **Advocacy services** for individuals and families navigating educational, employment, and housing systems
- **Public policy efforts** to improve disability rights and inclusion at the local and state levels
- **Future planning resources** to help families build meaningful, independent futures for their loved ones
- **Community education and outreach** that fosters understanding and acceptance

By supporting The Arc Minnesota, Tina is helping to build a more inclusive community where everyone is given the opportunity to thrive.
