We believe this reflection is especially relevant in the recruiting and executive search industry, where leadership decisions shape culture, innovation, and long-term impact. ### Leadership Has Always Been Central to Black History From entrepreneurs and educators to civil rights leaders and innovators, Black history is rich with examples of leadership under pressure, vision in the face of barriers, and commitment to building opportunity not just for individuals, but for entire communities.
