It's time to celebrate a record-breaking milestone for another SkyWater recruiter: Andrea Anderson has surpassed $1M in billings in under 18 months at SkyWater! Not just that, but she did so while starting her executive search career in March of 2020, at the beginning of a pandemic that the world hasn’t seen in 100 years, and during a time when very few companies were hiring.

It's easy to look at that number and think only of money. However, let's explore what this milestone really means. For this, we turn to Andrea herself.

SkyWater: So in your eyes, what does $1M in billings really mean?

Andrea: I'll tell you a quick story. I recently received a thank you card from a candidate I worked with. The postcard reads "What a great change! Thank you for presenting me to my new company. The opportunity is everything I was seeking in my next role - new industry and in the Twin Cities. I'll be in touch to schedule lunch!"
